Renovated Kitchen
The heart of this bungalow has been entirely reimagined with custom cabinetry, sleek quartz countertops, and premium appliances. A stylish coffee bar has also been added, offering a touch of luxury for those quiet mornings or hosting moments, making it a perfect blend of utility and modern elegance.
The kitchen received a new look with the installation of Silestone Eternal Callucatta Gold countertop. The homeowner selected this quartz from the TGI GROUP. This blog highlights the changes and how the new countertops complement the existing kitchen setup.
Before
The original kitchen countertops were light-coloured laminate. They provided a functional surface but did not create a contrast with the cabinetry or appliances. The laminate also showed signs of wear, which impacted the overall kitchen atmosphere.
After
The Silestone Eternal Callucatta Gold counters installed in this kitchen radiates warmth and sophistication, blending modern elegance with inviting charm. Cabinets were changed and a spacious island, topped with a gleaming surface, anchors the room and doubles as a perfect spot for casual meals or lively conversations. Soft pendant lighting casts a cozy glow, while a cheerful bouquet of orange flowers adds a vibrant splash of life. The harmonious mix of white and light wood cabinetry creates a serene, airy feel, complemented by sleek stainless steel appliances that promise efficiency without compromising style. Bathed in natural light from the window above the sink, this kitchen feels like the heart of the home—where functionality meets beauty in every detail.

The layout was reimagined to introduce two new bathrooms, a fully redesigned kitchen, and an integrated laundry room—each element contributing to a more practical and visually appealing living space. The result is a sophisticated bungalow that balances refined design with everyday comfort.
Newly Added Powder Room in Main Foyer
This Powder room was newly built and added, making this single bathroom bungalow into a full 3 bathroom home. This powder room exudes understated elegance with its thoughtful blend of textures and tones. The hexagonal tile backsplash adds a modern geometric flair, beautifully framing the round mirror and creating a striking focal point. The sleek white countertop and warm wooden vanity strike a perfect balance between crisp minimalism and cozy charm. Accents like the fresh greenery in the white vase and the neatly arranged soap dispensers bring life and personality to the space, while the matte black towel ring adds a touch of contemporary contrast. Altogether, it’s a refined yet inviting retreat that feels both polished and personal.

The living and dining areas have been refreshed with a light, neutral palette and contemporary finishes, creating a bright, open-concept space that flows effortlessly into the kitchen and fireplace zone—perfect for both relaxing and entertaining.

A dated wood-burning fireplace was converted into a modern gas-burning centrepiece, enhancing energy efficiency while offering warmth, charm, and a contemporary aesthetic that anchors the main living space.

The existing bathroom was renovated and two brand-new bathrooms were added, each finished with tile shower walls, quartz countertops, and sleek fixtures for a spa-inspired feel. While the bedroom layouts remained unchanged, every room was updated with new flooring, lighting, trim, and paint—creating a cohesive and polished atmosphere throughout the home.
