This Nepean home underwent a complete transformation inside and out, rebuilt from the studs with a focus on modern luxury, functionality, and long-term value. The main level now features a custom kitchen with a built-in coffee bar, gas fireplace, two new bathrooms, and an integrated laundry room—all tied together with high-end finishes and cohesive design. The fully finished basement adds two bedrooms, a spa-inspired bathroom, a gym, a stylish bar, and a soundproof home theatre, while a dated bathroom was redesigned using TSF Calacatta Lia quartz for a sleek, low-maintenance upgrade. Outside, a new wooden deck, pergola, and jacuzzi hot tub create a private backyard retreat perfect for year-round entertaining and relaxation.

This Nepean residence underwent a full interior transformation—stripped to its structural core and rebuilt with precision, purpose, and an eye for luxury. Every element was reimagined, from the addition of two brand-new bathrooms to a fully redesigned kitchen and a main-floor laundry room. The result is a refined living space where timeless design meets everyday functionality.
Renovated Kitchen
At the centre of the home, the kitchen has been transformed into a modern culinary showpiece. Featuring custom cabinetry, sleek quartz countertops, and premium appliances, it’s also equipped with a built-in coffee bar that adds a touch of café-style comfort to daily routines.
Living & Dining
A once traditional wood-burning fireplace has been upgraded to a sleek gas-burning feature, improving both energy efficiency and visual appeal. The living room now offers clean sight lines, fresh finishes, and a seamless connection to the kitchen and dining areas—creating a bright, open space perfect for entertaining or relaxing.
Bedrooms & Bathrooms
While the home retains its three-bedroom, two-bath layout, each space has been meticulously updated. All bathrooms were rebuilt with stone surfaces, underlit vanities, and modern fixtures, while at least one aligns directly with the kitchen’s aesthetic for a cohesive design language. Bedrooms and shared living areas feature new flooring, lighting, paint, and trim—bringing unity and polish to the entire home.
Laundry Room Integration
A functional new laundry space was incorporated into the main floor bathroom, designed with built-in storage, stone counters, and upgraded appliances. This thoughtful integration improves daily efficiency while maintaining the home’s clean, modern aesthetic.
Additional Bathrooms
Two newly added bathrooms enhance the home’s overall layout and usability. Each features floor-to-ceiling stone tile, quartz countertops, and elegant fixtures—offering a spa-inspired touch for both residents and guests.

The basement was fully finished and furnished to extend the home’s livable space with luxury and lifestyle in mind. A stylish bar area with premium finishes and counter seating sets the tone for casual gatherings, while a dedicated home gym provides space for fitness routines. A darkened home theatre, complete with plush seating and surround sound, offers an immersive cinematic experience just steps from the main living areas.

Fully Finished Basement Bar
Starting Point: A Dated Basement Bathroom
Before our transformation, the bathroom felt cramped, outdated, and ready for a refresh. The homeowner wanted a space that was not only modern and bright but also easy to maintain. To accomplish these goals, we teamed up with the client to gut the entire room—right down to the studs and subfloor—paving the way for a brand-new look.
Design Decisions and Material Selection
The homeowner worked closely with our in-house interior designer at our showroom to review various materials and finishes. After careful consideration, they fell in love with TSF 114 – Calacatta Lia quartz from our TSF 24 Pack. This stunning quartz was chosen for both the shower surround and the vanity top, and for good reason:
Seamless Appearance: Quartz sheets eliminate the need for grout lines, making the shower surround feel sleek and continuous.
Low-Maintenance: Fewer grout lines mean less scrubbing, perfect for busy families or anyone looking for easy upkeep.
Sophisticated Style: Calacatta Lia quartz features subtle veining and a luxurious look that instantly elevates the bathroom’s design.
The Renovation Process
With the materials selected, we set to work on a full teardown and rebuild. Removing everything down to the basics allowed us to:
Install New Plumbing and Electrical: Ensuring that all systems are not only functional but also up to current code.
Upgrade Fixtures: The client chose brushed nickel plumbing fixtures for a contemporary yet timeless finish.
Lay Larger Format Floor Tiles: These tiles coordinate perfectly with the quartz and make the space feel more open and inviting.
From outdated to illuminated: This new LED mirror and sleek quartz vanity give the bathroom a fresh, modern glow!
Finishing Touches
The final step was bringing the bathroom together with thoughtful details:
Floating LED Mirror: Adds a modern edge and brightens the vanity area.
Recessed Lighting: Provides ample overhead illumination while keeping the ceiling sleek.
Soft Grey Walls and White Vanity: Creates a crisp, clean backdrop that complements the quartz and brushed nickel fixtures.
EXTERIOR
The exterior of this Nepean home was elevated with a beautifully crafted outdoor renovation that blends relaxation, style, and functionality. A spacious wooden pergola now defines the main patio area, offering both architectural interest and a comfortable retreat for outdoor lounging. The deck was completely rebuilt with natural wood planks, creating multiple levels for lounging, entertaining, and enjoying the outdoors. Stylish wicker furniture and modern accents create a cozy yet refined seating area, while a jacuzzi hot tub tucked into the corner of the deck adds a luxurious touch—perfect for year-round relaxation. This outdoor upgrade transforms the backyard into a private retreat, ideal for hosting or unwinding.
