On the corner of a quiet residential street sits a property with untapped potential. In its current state, as shown in the aerial photograph, it’s a modest home on a generous lot — a space that whispers possibility. Come October 2025, that whisper will become a statement, as TGi Real Estate Developments begins construction on a bold, modern residence that will redefine the site and the surrounding neighbourhood.

The design maximizes both street presence and livable space, combining innovative architecture with a smart, efficient floor plan. It’s a statement of urban renewal, where form meets function and modern elegance meets everyday practicality.

The vision for this project is captured in the second image: a sleek, dual-wing home accented with warm wood tones and striking black cladding. Above the rendering, the floor plan tells another part of the story — a highly functional layout that maximizes every square foot while offering flexibility for upscale, multi-generational living.
